Set-up and break-down times are included within the hours you book, allowing you to maximize your time in the studio. We operate under a system of self-sufficiency, and upon booking confirmation, our team will provide instructions for access to the space. We're also available to address any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
The security cameras will be on in the area. For productions involving nudity and requiring specific privacy arrangements, kindly inform us after booking. We have the utmost respect for professional and legitimate art creations, but we do not permit sexual or non-art-related nude content.
If you have any questions about the equipment provided, our staff is readily available to assist you. They can offer a basic introduction, and if you require lighting assistance, you can easily add this service as an optional extra.
We keep seamless in stock and charge per sweep. White is the most popular option, which is 16 dollars per sweep. If you require a specific color that's not available, simply provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice in advance of your shoot, and we'll make arrangements to acquire it for you.
